Invitation

Dear Participants,

The 1st International Congress on Tourism, Economic and Business Sciences (ICTEBS) was held for the first time in cooperation with the Nobel Science and Research Center, Kocaeli University, Tetova University and FH Krems University between 01–05 November 2017 in Skopje, North Macedonia, under the chairmanship of our esteemed scientist Prof. Dr. Irfan Arıkan.

The 2nd ICTEBS was held between 04–07 October 2018 in cooperation with the Nobel Science and Research Center, Kocaeli University, FH Krems University and Kartepe Municipality in Kocaeli–Kartepe, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Irfan Arıkan.

The 3rd ICTEBS was organized with the contributions of the Anatolia Sciences Academy, Kocaeli University, Sivas Cumhuriyet University and Kartepe Municipality between 20–22 June 2019 in Sivas, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Suavi Ahipaşaoğlu.

The 4th ICTEBS was held online in collaboration with the Anatolia Sciences Academy, Beykoz University and Kocaeli University, hosted by Beykoz University, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Baki Aksu.

The 5th ICTEBS was held in a hybrid format between 20–22 October 2022, in cooperation with the Anatolia Sciences Academy, Beykoz University, Kocaeli University, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality, hosted by Kocaeli University, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Suavi Ahipaşaoğlu.

The 6th ICTEBS was successfully held in a hybrid format between 30 October – 01 November 2025, in cooperation with the Anatolia Sciences Academy, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University and Kocaeli University. The congress was hosted by Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University and organized at the Grand Asya Hotel under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Suavi Ahipaşaoğlu.

The 7th ICTEBS will be held between 25–27 June 2026 at Cyprus Ada Kent University, in cooperation with Kocaeli University and the Anatolia Academy of Sciences.

The oral presentations and poster abstracts presented at the congress will be published in the abstract/full-text proceedings book of the International Congress on Tourism, Economics and Business Sciences (www.ictebs.org). Upon the authors’ request and following blind peer-review evaluation, selected papers may be published in the IJTEBS Journal (www.ijtebs.org).

The main aim of ICTEBS is to bring together academicians and researchers working in the fields of tourism, business and economics, to create a scientific discussion and knowledge-sharing platform, and to provide opportunities for interaction within the academic community. ICTEBS welcomes researchers and students conducting studies in Tourism, Business, Economics and related disciplines.
